• Tickets are non-transferable. Only the individual whose name appears on the ticket is permitted to attend the event.

• If required, an invitation letter for visa purposes will be provided only after payment is confirmed. Passport and a recent photo must be submitted to process the invitation letter.

• The event organizer does not guarantee visa approval. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.

• The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, or speakers. Updates will be communicated promptly.

• Attendees are expected to maintain professional conduct during the event. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant violating this policy.

• Your personal information will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

• The organizer is not responsible for any travel disruptions, personal injuries, or loss of belongings during the event.
